DEXAH Architects is a Cape Town studio working across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. We develop architectural direction from first concept through documentation and approval, with an emphasis on clarity, buildability, and disciplined design resolution. Before a building is drawn, priced, or approved, the important work begins with judgement.  

Founded by Henry Enslin and Heinrigh Dell, DEXAH Architects combines architectural design, technical coordination, and project insight. Our work is grounded in context, budget, and buildability, with a strong focus on producing architecture that is clear, purposeful, and well resolved.

With over a decade of industry experience across a broad range of architectural sectors, we approach every project with the same level of care, professionalism, and design precision.
